Here's a lot for sale in Briargrove. Its rare finding distressed tear-downs in such a desirable and sought after part of Houston, but it can be done with the right approach and right relationships.

Funny story about how I started working with this owner. His house was being sold at foreclosure auction in spring of 2016. I stopped by his house and managed to connect with his wife. He basically told me to get lost and never contact him again. A year later, he emailed me as if he had forgotten what he told me, and asked me if I could bring my builders by to look at his home and make an offer. I sent 2 builders over and got him 2 offers right away.

As it turned out, there were lots of liens. We couldn't close. Then we had to negotiate the liens. Finally, we did, and its for sale.

Contact me if you'd like to tour the property. Offer deadline is Sept. 30, 2017.
